Suji dhokla
Steps

Take a bowl add rava, curd,water, ginger and green chilli and turmeric powder and mix well

Keep it for 15 min for suji puff up

Keep water to boil in a vessel,put a Kali stand inside it. Turn on flame, cover it up so that the water boil quickly

After 15 min add salt,sugar and eno,pour 1tsp water over it. Mix it well

Take a container for making dhokala,grease with oil.Put batter in it,tap and make it even

As water boil put the container in water and cover it for 25 min
- 7
When dhokala is ready take out the container,keep on stand to cool

Once cooled,take out with help of knife then keep on plate

For the decorating or tempting heat a tadaka pan put oil then add black mustard seeds, curry leaves and green coriander leaves.

Put tadaka over the dhokala

Soft and spongy dhokala is ready to serve with your favourite chatani
