Indori Poha | Breakfast Recipe

Wash the poha twice or thrice and keep it aside. Chop the vegetables and keep them aisde.

Collect all ingredients together.

Heat oil in a pan and cumin seeds, sauf, mustard leaves and curry leaves in hot oil.

Add onions, green chillies, peanuts, tomatoes in the pan.

Add all the above-mentioned spices in soaked/ washed poha.
- 6
Mix the spices with Poha.
- 7
Add the poha in the pan. Cook it for less than two minutes.
- 8
Poha is ready. Serve hot with namkeen/sev / tea.
