Ingredients

30 to 40 minutes
4 to 6 servings
  • 5-6peeled potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1sliced jalapeño
  • Garlic salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • Favorite Cajun Seasoning

Steps

30 to 40 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat 400 peal potatoes

  2. 2

    Add olive oil to pan, sliced potatoes and jalapeño.

  3. 3

    Add all seasons to taste and mix throughly.

  4. 4

    Bake 20 minutes then turn oven to broil and cook until crispy. Enjoy!
