Steps

Add 2 cups water and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan and turn the flame high. Cook until 1 boil to completely dissolve sugar.

Add oil and green cardamom in a pan and turn the flame to medium. Cook until aroma coming out.

Add suji and cook for 7-8 mins with continuous stirring until colour changed to light golden brown.

Turn off the flame and add hot sugary water. Turn the flame on and cook with continuous stirring until suji completely dissolve water.

Dish out and garnish with almonds.
