Rava upma cutlet
Steps

Heat a kadai add oil. Add green chilli and chopped onion.

Saute for a minute and add grated carrot, corn, peas.

Saute for 1-2 minutes. The crunch of veggies should not change. Now add semolina.

Roast it for 2 minutes till the colour of semolina do not change. Now add 3 cups of water and all spices. add potatoes.

Now cook it till the water dissolved and batter become thick.cool the upma.

Now set the upma in a tray on the foil paper. Cover with cling wrap and keep in refrigerator for one hour.

Cut the upma cutlet in desired shape.

Now shallow fry all the cutlets on non-stick tawa. Flip and fry both sides on medium flame till it golden and crisp.

Serve cutlets with tomato sauce.
