Roughly chopped onion & ginger garlic sabut mirch cardamom & almond giri.

Boil for 15 mins with half cup of water & cool it in room temperature & grind it in grinder.

Now we add ghee in a pan and roast jeera & bay leave now add mashed masala & roast very well until the ghee comes out.

Add salt cinnamon & garam masala powder after 2 min mix curd cream and milk.

Stir continues on low flame add paneer cut of any shape I used round shape
- 6
You can garnish it with fresh coriander or melt butter its ready
