Ingredients

  • Medium size Yam
  • 3Eggs
  • Onion
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and Maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your peeled yam and set on fire. Add pinch of salt and allow it to cook till tender (dont overcook it).

    In a bowl, break your eggs, add maggi and onion, then whisk.

    Put the cooked yam in whisked egg, fry in hot oil.

    Turn the other side, remove when golden and enjoy!
