Peel and cut colocacia. Wash them. Take a pan heat the oil.

When heat the oil flame should be law and add carrom seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder according the sequence.

Heat should be law. And now add colocacia and salt in it. Mix them well.

Now cover with lid and cook them for 10 to 15 minutes and mix them in between. Add lemon juice after switch off the flame.
