1 cupall purpose flour
3 tbssugar
1egg
1 1/2 cupmilk
Pinchsalt
1 tbsvanilla essence

In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix until you achieve a smooth consistency

Heat a pan and scoop your batter, pour on the pan and tilt the pan around to ensure the batter is evenly distributed on the pan. Make sure the heat is on medium low
3

Flip the pancake and let the other side cook
4

Serve and enjoy 😋
