  • 1french bread loaf/garlic bread loaf
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1caroot
  • 1 cupboiled corn kernels
  • 1 cupboiled baby corn
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1-2 tbspmayonnaise
  • as neededcheese-for garnish
  • 1/2 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil & sauté all the veggies with salt & black pepper powder

    Cut the loaf and spread mayonnaise and put some veggies & arrange it on a grill tray

    Grill it in microwave for 5 mins or till it becomes crisp.

    Grate cheese and serve hot.
