Steps
- 1
Parboil your rice, then wash and drain.
- 2
Put your pot on fire, add water and salt. Allow it to boil. Then pour in the parboiled rice and cook.
- 3
When the water is almost dried, pour in your washed and chopped carrots and green beans. Allow to simmer till dry.
- 4
Remove from heat and serve with stew.
- 5
For the stew, add palm and veg oil in a pot and place on a low heat. Add onions, garlic paste and fry for some minutes.
- 6
Then add blended tomatoes and pepper mix. Continue frying till the water dries up
- 7
Add curry, thyme, seasonings and salt. Then add your fried meat.
