In a pan add raw peanut and roast it. Now peel the cover of peanut.

In a grinding jar add peanut, cashew nut and grind them slowly.

In a pan add sugar and 100 gm water and mix well. Now add grinded mixture in water and mix well and heat for 10 minutes.

Make a soft dough through it. After, Knead the dough again

Now, on a butter paper apply some butter put dough on it and adc few drops of rose water.

Now roll it properly using rolling pin.

Use knife to cut it into dimond shape.

Kaju katli is ready to serve.
