- 2
When the milk is boiling add the grated Lauki and keep stirring for 15 mins on low flame. Add condensed milk and stir

One can add sugar and I didn’t add. Add cardamoms and stir one more time. Set aside. Garnish with almonds
- 4
For Sabudana Khichdi
- 5
Soak Sabudana or Tapioca for 3-4 hours. Cut potatoes into small pieces
- 6
In a wok heat ghee and stir fry the peanuts. Set aside
- 7

- 8
In the same wok heat more ghee and add cumin seeds, and add sabudana. Stir for 1-2 mins. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and sendha salt. Stir well. Add fried potatoes and peanuts and stir one more time. Set aside and enjoy
