Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4-5fish pieces,
  • 1/4 cup garlic cloves
  • , 2 tbsp mustard powder,
  • 2 cup fresh coriander leaves finely chopped,
  • 10 green chillies,
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsplemon juice,
  • 1 tbsp heated and cooled mustard oil

  1. 1

    Grind mustard powder/seeds and cloves to a fine paste.

    Grind coriander leaves and 6 green chillies

    Mix fish, green paste, mustard paste, and rest of the ingredients. Give a good mix gently. Add the rest of the whole green chillies.Use a steel tiffin that can be closed.

    Put the closed tiffin box in a idli steamer which has enough water in the bottom to a team and cook on the medium heat for 20 minutes.
