Preheat oven to 375, spray pie pan with olive oil spray and pat one crust to the bottom of the pan

Saute chicken, carrots, peas, onion, potatoes, and celery with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat until soft, about 5 mins

Add broth, olive oil, almond milk and spices to the pan. Cook until potatoes are soft, about 20 mins. Add corn starch to 1/4 cup of cold water untill mixed. Add to the pan and saute until thick.

Pour into crust. Add top crust and press edges secure. Make 3 slits in the center of the crust.

Bake for 25-30 mins or until top is brown
