Soak rice for 30 mins. Take pressure cooker. Keep it on the stove, once it heats pour oil, add biryani leaves, jeera, cloves, elachi, fry it in low flame

Add onions, curry leaves, fry it in low flame. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, roast it in a low flame. Add potatoes, carrot and close the lid, open it add biryani masala, mixed well.

Add rice, mix well, add water, mix well. Close the pressure cooker. Cook for 3 whistles.

Once it cooked take it into a plate and serve hot.
