Heat oil saute onion tomato and ginger garlic paste,add dry masala,cook for a while add kotmir.let it cool,grind it make a paste.(curd to make the gravy thick it is optional).

In the remaining oil add paneer saute it add ground masala,boil kabuli chana with little salt and water, add it to the paneer masala.

Add water cover and cook till oil separates.
