  • Halftsp Sugar
  • Halftsp soy

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish then pat dry and slit the surface.Heat oil and pan fry the fish.When done remove

  2. 2

    In the sam pan stir fry ginger and preserved veges.Add water wine sugar soy then simmer.Then put back the fish simmer then flip the other side simmer again then done.Serve
