Ingredients

  • 300 gpaneer
  • As neededOil/ ghee
  • 2 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1 tbsturmeric powder
  • 1 tbsJeera powder
  • 1/2 tbsblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbsamchur powder
  • 3-4 tbscurd
  • as neededSalt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry powder spices.

    Mix curd with it and make like a paste.

    Cut the paneer into desired shapes and marinate with the spice paste. Keep for 30 mins.

    In a tawa,add oil and tawa fry the paneer.

    It can be served hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
