Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsPaneer
  2. 2onions
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 2 spoonsButter
  5. 1Bay leaf
  6. 2Cinnamon sticks
  7. 3-4cloves
  8. 6-7 clovesGarlic
  9. 1 inchpiece Ginger
  10. 1 spoonKasuri methi
  11. 1/2 cupCream
  12. 10-12Cashew
  13. 1 teaspoonSalt
  14. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  16. 1 teaspoonPaneer masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Add butter in it.

  2. 2

    Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, onion, garlic, and ginger and saute well.

    Add tomato and cashew and saute well.

  4. 4

    Add half glass of water and reduces for 25 mins.

  5. 5

    Let it cool down and add mixture in grinder jar.

  6. 6

    Blend well.

  7. 7

    Take a pan. Add butter. Add puree in it.

  8. 8

    Add all spices and mix well.

  9. 9

    Add kasuri methi and cream and mix well.

  10. 10

    Add paneer and mix well.

  11. 11

    Its ready.
