  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 5Tomatoes
  3. 3Onion medium
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. handfulCashew
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2cardamom
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. 1 tspoil
  15. 3 tbspbutter
  16. 1/2 cupcream

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai add 1tbs butter and 1tbs oil add onions. Saute for few minutes thrn add cashews saute then add tomatoes n cook till they aur mushy.

    Once tomatoes aur done keep aside for cooling. Keep ready cream and paneer cubes

    Add 2tbs butter and add cardamoms, bay leaves and ginger gstlic paste and saute then add turmeric, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala one by one n saute. Keep flame in low

    Add grounded tomato mixture to it and saute then add cream and cook for few minutes. Then add paneer cubes and 1tsp sugar and kasuri methi n cook. Switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
