Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • Halfcup curd
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededPizza sauce
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1capsicum
  • 1/2teaspoon rai
  • 1/4 teaspoonseseme seed
  • as requiredTomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoonOil
  • 10-12Curry leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoonSoda
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonGinger paste

Steps

    Mix curd,soda,salt and suji to form a dough

  2. 2

    Rest for 10 min

  3. 3

    Mix onion,tomato and capsicum,black pepper,salt and ginger paste

  4. 4

    Grease your rolling surface and rolling pin

  5. 5

    Make 2 balls out of dough

  6. 6

    Roll it into rectangular sheet it should be little thick

  7. 7

    Now spread Pizza sauce over the sheet

  8. 8

    Now spread your mixture and fold gently and make a roll out of it

  9. 9

    Seal the end

  10. 10

    Prepare other roll in similar manner

    Boil 2 cups water in steamer

  12. 12

    Grease your steamer

  13. 13

    Now place roll in steamer for 15 min in medium flame

    Remove from steamer and cool for 5 min then cut into piece

    Put oil in tadka pan in flame then when it oil heats add mustard, sesame seed and curry leaves And switch off the flame

    Pour tasks over rolls serve it with tomato ketchup

    For people in weight-loss journey can avoid tadka and eat it with mint curd dip. It will be your healthy dinner or breakfast. You can replace pizza sauce with home green chutney for 0 oil recipe enjoy guys lots of love and best wishes
