Sabudana Khichdi is very tasty and healthy . It is easy to make. Everyone like to eat it. It is a good option of breakfast.
Steps

Collect all the ingredients.

Take a wok heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute it for few seconds.

Add boiled potatoes in it. Mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder. Mix it well.

Now add soaked sabudana and peanuts. Mix it well. Cover it with lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low medium flame.

Turnoff the flame. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Sabudana khichadi is ready.
