Take a heavy bottom pan. and add milk and milk powder

Both ingredients aur mix it well without any lumps.

Transfer the pan on gas stove and turn on gas. And add saffron threads.

Mix it well until mixture becomes thick.

Add powder sugar and ghee.

Mix it well on low flame. Cook until mixture becomes thick.

Then add elachi powder.and turn off gas.

And mixture keep aside for cooled down.

When mixture is warm. So grease your palm with ghee. And make a small size balls and garnish with pistachio.
