#Dusshera
Fafada is a popular snack and breakfast dish of Gujarat..It is made from besan. It's crispy from outside and at the same time its soft when you eat.Its not crispy like chakli and puri.On Dusshera ,you will find big lines outside farsan shop for Fafada and Jalebi .It is eaten with raw papaya Sambharo ,fried green chillies and besan kadhi or besan chutney. It tastes really delicious. Making Fafada at home is not at all difficult but you need patience for that.
