Steps

First dry roast, oats in non-stick pan for 1-2 minutes on low medium flame & keep aside.

Now in a pan add cooking oil & heat it.After that add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies,& ginger garlic paste & saute it for some time.

Afterthat add chopped onion & cook them until it becomes light brown,then add chopped tomatoes & cook them completely.Finally add boiled peas & mix them.

Add all dry ingredients like red chilli powder, turmeric,salt,pav bhaji masala,to it & mix all ingredients completely.

Now add roasted oats & water to it.Cook it until all water absorbed by oats & it becomes dry.

Finally add lemon juice & chopped coriander & mix it.

It is ready for serving.
