Mix boiled potatoes, poha powder, corn, coriander, chilli ginger paste, salt, peri peri masala, chilli flakes. Mix it well. Make thick roll. Cover the roll with foil paper and freeze it for 1/2 and hour

Cut the roll into thick slices. Cut paneer into thick big sliced and marinate it in hung curd with all spices for half and hour.shallow fry both cutlet and paneer in a fry pan

Cut burger bun into two halves. In a fry pan roast it from both the side with little butter. Apply mayonise and peri peri sauce on both the slices.place cabbage leaves and sliced onion.put one cutlet and one paneer piece.

Put cheese slice and cover it with top slice. Take butter in a pan and toast this burger from both sides for a minute or 2. Yummy burger is ready to serve.
