Soak the raisins in water in a bowl for about 1 hour.

In a bowl, sift the chestnut flour. Add the salt, water, and milk, and mix well. Stir in half the raisins and half the pine nuts.

Grease a 9-inch (24 cm) cake pan and pour in the batter.

Sprinkle the remaining raisins, pine nuts, and a little rosemary on top. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
