Wash the offal thoroughly add to a pressure pot add water to top the level of your offal.

U can drain the first water and add another,if you wish

Add grated scotch bonnets pepper and chopped onion, add ginger and garlic paste, seasoning add cloves powder and all your spices.

Cover the pot cook till soft and tender.

Note that you should be adding water,as it drains up, before the offal is soft
