Ingredients

  1. 3 lbsground beef
  2. 1large white sweet onion
  3. 32 ozketchup
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1 tbsppepper
  6. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tbspcelery seed
  8. 2 tbspmustard
  9. 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  10. 3/4 cuplight brown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and drain grease.

  2. 2

    Finely chop onion. (I have used grated onion when serving kids)

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients into crock pot. (brown sugar measurement is NOT packed)

    Mix well

    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.

  6. 6

    After cooking let stand in warm crock pot 1/2 hour before serving to thicken.

    Serve on hamburger buns!
