Steps

In a bowl, crack your eggs and whisk them.

Add in the salt and the black pepper and mix well

Dice the onions, capsicum and the Dania leaves

Add in the vegetables in the egg mixture and mix until well incorporated
- 5
In a medium pan, drizzle 3tbsp in the pan
- 6
Let the oil heat up on a medium low heat
- 7
Add in the egg mixture and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes
- 8
Once the bottom side is cooked flip it on the other side and let it cook
- 9
Serve it with toast and your preferred beverage
