Ingredients

  • 250 gmschole
  • 1 cupmashed boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoonchopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chili powder
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grined tha chhole and ensure that the grinded paste is thick (dardara).

    Add potatoes, bread crumbs,onion, and all ingredients mix it well.

    Take 1 tbsp mixture, give it a Kabab shape.roll it on a surface to smooth edges.

  4. 4

    Pour 2 tbsp Oil on a hot pan or Tawa.place Kabab on hot oil.cook all sides till golden brown.when done take out on a plate.

    Serve hot Chole Kabab with chutney.
