This is really yummy traditional Gujarati snack.
Steps

Mix the sugar and water together and dissolve it. Add cardamom powder
- 2
Collect all ingredients together and bind it with sugar mixed water. Dough should be medium soft.

Roll it on rolling pin. Cut it into diamond shape.
- 4
Fry it on low flame. Once it is golden in colour, it's ready. Take out from oil. Let it cool. Store it in airtight container.
