  • 1burrata cheese
  • Mozzarella is also fine, but lighter taste
  • Some olive oil
  • 1 pinchSalt - rock salt is preferable
  • Pepper

    Cut tomatoes and peaches in 8 pieces, and place it as a circle

    Place burrata on top of it. You may serve on table at this stage.
