Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked chickpeas (about 330 grams)
  • 1/4 cuptahini (about 60 grams)
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for serving

Steps

    In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, and salt. Process until blended.

  2. 2

    Add the tahini and lemon juice, then process until the hummus is smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
