Now add your 1/2 packet of baking powder and your tablespoons of rolled oats. Blend again!

Next, add your tablespoons of chia seeds and stir with a spoon for 1 to 2 minutes.

On a skillet over high heat, lightly greased with coconut oil, pour your batter, and reduce to medium heat. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
