  • 4tarui
  • 1onion
  • 1 small bowl prawn
  • As requiredSalt
  • As required Turmeric powder
  • 2Sukha lal mirch
  • 2 tbspMustard oil
  • 1 tbspMustard paste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan on high flame with mustard oil.

  2. 2

    Fry the prawns.

    Add one half tsp pachforon.

    Add onions.

  5. 5

    Add tarui, salt, turmeric powder and a little bit of sugar and fried prawn.

    When the water of the vegetables became dry.

  7. 7

    Add mustard paste.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with roti or rice.
