Wash and cut the palak.

Steam it in a pressure cooker.

Or, microwave it for 30 seconds.

Cool it and grind it.

Heat a kadai with butter or refined oil.

Add a tejpatta.

Fry onion slices until brown.

Add tomato.

Add turmeric powder.

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Add a pinch of sugar for batter taste.

And at the last add jeera, garam masala powder.

Serve this lovely recipe with your roti and rice.
