It’s totally a healthy dessert to relish as oats are rich in fiber contents ,dates are good source of iron I.e (hemoglobin) lastly nuts are good as they help to raise the good cholesterol levels I.e ( high density level in the body) .very rich & delightful for all ages try & enjoy...!

First thing first the main part is soaking dates for about 1-2 hours or you can soak it for 1 hour then microwave it for 3 minutes deseed it & blend it to a fine paste taking the soaked dates water but don’t add generously just add accordingly to make a thick paste set aside

Take a cup of oats, nuts & cardamoms blend them all to a fine powder

Take a baking tin or any plate grease it set aside ready further take a pan add in ghee pop in all the flours mixture

Sauté till it turns golden & raw smell disappears now add the dates paste then mix well with out lumps & dry powder balls make sure all dates mixture is mixed with flours

Sauté for two minutes till the halwa binds well & ghee separates immediately pop it on a greased tin garnish it with pistachios after 1 hour mark cuts & Prepare diamond shapes as katli

The deliciously awesome oats & dates delight / katli is ready to relish. You can also store this in an air tight container for about 10-15 days store it in refrigerator..!
