Zucchini Salad with Japanese Cucumber

This dish was inspired by my daughter's trip to China, where she loved it. It's often served in restaurants as an appetizer before the main course, and it's quite delicious.

Steps
- 1
Cut the cucumbers into pieces and lightly crush them.
- 2
Add the minced garlic. I bought a pre-made brand that is slightly salty, but you can use fresh garlic if you prefer.
- 3
Mix everything together, add the dried chilies, and season to taste. The cucumber juice will start to come out, blending the flavors nicely.
