Baingan (Eggplant) Bharta
Steps

Wash and pat dry the eggplants. Apply oil on its surface and roast it on gas stove.

Cool down the eggplants and peel the skin. Remove the stem and mash the eggplants.
- 3
Cut the onions in medium sized pieces and mix it into eggplants. Also add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix thoroughly. Bharta is ready to serve with chapati or jawar roti.
