  • 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspajwain/carrom seeds
  • as neededWater
  • 3 cupOil for frying

30 min.
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, and ajwain.

    Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add as required water,make a dough.

  5. 5

    Cover the dough with clothes keep aside for 20 min.

  6. 6

    Do not roll puri too thin.

  7. 7

    Take a kadai,add oil heat oil,slip a puri in the hot oil.

  8. 8

    Frying puri both side well.

  9. 9

    Ready your Atta Puri.
