Steps

Take a kadai put oil heat and add mustard seed moong dal and hing curry patta add to potato add jaldi and add coriander and ginger garlic paste and make small lemon size ball

Make besan paste add besan slowly add water and mix it make semi thick paste add turmeric salt and soda.

Now add vada in the besan and fry till golden yellow
- 4
Take pav cut 1/4th apply butter chutney and red chutney and keep vada on it.. Event can be grilled. Serve hot with mirchi bhaji
