A. Bottom / Base Layer
250 gfrozen sliced strawberry
40 glemon juice
1 Cice cube or as needed
1 tbspsugar or as needed
B. Top Layer
1 Canfrozen Pineapple Slices
1 CanCoconut Cream
1 tbspsugar or as needed
40 glime/lemon juice
Note:
1. Add sugar as needed
2. Strawberries are sliced & then refrigerated in the freezer
3. Refrigerate Canned pineapple slices in the freezer too

Steps

Prep - Remove pineapple pieces from the can, reserving the juice. Freeze pineapple pieces until firm. Freeze fresh strawberries or use frozen strawberry for the base. Press or squeeze lemon for the juice.

To Assemble:

A - Blend A until smooth. Pour (1/4 or 1/3) into serving glasses.

B. Blend B until smooth. Pour on top of strawberry mixture, as top layer.

Decorate with cucumber slices or pineapple wedges and mints. Serve immediately.
