Chinese potato ring is a somewhat different from regular recipes of snacks and that too during Diwali festival times. It's very crispy and tasty. A taste of Chinese sauce and mixing potatoes in it also makes a delicious dish.

Chinese potato ring is a somewhat different from regular recipes of snacks and that too during Diwali festival times. It's very crispy and tasty. A taste of Chinese sauce and mixing potatoes in it also makes a delicious dish.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chili sauce, soya sauce and szechuan sauce.

Now you have to add 1/4 cup of water in it. When the water boils, you have to add suji and mix it properly.

Now add mashed boiled potatoes and salt to taste and mix well again.

Now turn off the gas and take this mixture in a bowl and add cornflour and coriander. Everything has to be mixed properly.

Once the mixture cools down, make a ball and take it on a thin layer and weave it a little thicker.

Take two small and large molds, press them and cut them into ring shaped.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared ring in it.

The fried rings can be taken to a plate, decorated and served.
