A quick and healthy sweet
Make your celebrations with delicious and flavourful rose coconut laddu
Cooking Instructions

Heat a tawa and add a tablespoon of ghee,roast the chopped cashews and badam
- 2
Once the nuts are roasted add 2 cups of desicated coconut and cook for three minutes

Now add 1 cup of sugar and add 2 tablespoon of milk to the coconut mix, followed by rose food colour and cook well for 5 - 10 minutes

The perfect consistency is when the coconut mix doesn’t stick on the walls of the tawa

Finally add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and give a quick mixture
- 6
Turn off the flame, rest the coconut mixture to cool, Grease your hands with ghee and make laddus
