Jalebii

Jalebi, also known as Jilapi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia, is a Middle Eastern sweet snack popular all over South and Western Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.
This dessert can be served warm or cold.
We rather prefer less sweet, crispy and warm jalebi.. So I dipped for less time.#joy

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients very well and make a batter.
- 2
Now pour the mixture/batter into a piping/plastic bag.
- 3
In a non-stick wok add oil and heat it on medium high flame. Then make a small cut in the bag, pour the batter in circular form, making beautiful jalebi shape.
- 4
Let them fry from both sides on high flame till nice golden. Then remove in a plate.
- 5
Make sugar syrup in a sauce pan and remove it in a separate bowl. Let the jalebi cool a little, then dip in the sugar syrup for about 3-5 mins, we don’t like too much sweet so I removed them quickly.
- 6
Garnish with pistachio and enjoy homemade crispy crunchy jalebi 😋
