Firstly mix gelatin in cold water and then heat it till it dilutes completely.

Now to prepare the crust, powder the biscuits then mix it with powdered sugar and melted butter. Spread it in a cake tin and press well using a flat bowl. Keep this in fridge to set well for about 30-40 minutes.

Now in a bowl take cream cheese along with 3tbsp of icing sugar and beat well for about 10 minutes.

Next add strawberry syrup and again beat well.

Now it's time to prepare whipped cream. Whip cream along with remaining icing sugar and beat until you get stiff peaks.

Mix the whipped cream in the cream cheese mixture and lastly add the gelatin and essence before one last nice mix.

Pour this cream cheese mix over the crust and let this set in fridge overnight or at least for 7-8 hours.

Once it sets well cut in desired shape serve chilled with some strawberry sauce or fresh strawberries on top.
