Steps

In a mixy jar, grind a tomato into a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Now take a bowl and add maida, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder & ghee and mix everything well, until it forms a crumbly texture as shown in the image below.

Now to it add the tomato puree and Knead it into a semi-hard dough as shown in the image below. Cover the dough and rest it for about 15 mins.

After 15 mins, Knead the dough once again for about a minute. Now divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Take a ball & roll it out into a large chapati. Now cut them diagonally and place them over a plate. Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.

Now heat a kadai and pour some oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, put the tomato paares in it and fry them until crisp or it turns golden in colour. Fry all of them and put them into a large bowl. Then sprinkle some chat masala & some kashmiri red chilli powder over it. Mix them well by flipping them. Serve them. Store it in an air-tight container.
