In a heavy bottom, pan take 2 tbsp ghee add all the dry fruits & lightly roast them.

Then remove the nuts, add 1 tbsp more ghee and roast the sevainyaan on low flame till aromatic. For around 5-8 minutes.

Then add milk and dry fruits and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame.

Then add milkmaid and mix well, cook the sevainyaan again for 15-20 minutes on low flame, once it starts to thicken switch off the flame.

Serve it lukewarm or cold, garnish with rose petals & be pistachio.
